ISTD : T - SHIRT

T-shit & tag:

As part of my range I wanted to produce something else that tells facts / promotes the knowledge of facts like my postcard booklet does. So I came up with the idea of the t-shirt. The t-shirt would aid in promoting 'Things you should be knowing' as the design would be made up of the logo, and the t-shirt tag would be the thing telling the fact.

Rough example of how pockets would look on t-shirt.

These are the designs for the pocket t-shirt, I have used the logo to create a pattern (ignore background colour this is not accurate, was just the colour of the fabric texture) The colour of the fabric will be the same blue used throughout the project to add a sence of uniform and recognition between the product.

As well as the pocket and clothes tag, I realiesed a clothes label is very important. It is a chance to apply the logo / name of the make of product and also contains very important information like size and washing instructions.

The concept of the clothes tag is that each one would contain a different fact. The fact would pull out once the tag is taken off t-shirt. Adds element of unknown and unique. You don't know what your going to get.

Possible colour variations :

The centre of the tag, the oval, wll be diecut revealing the logo underneath. This way it will make it clear to the buyer that there is something underneath.

As the t-shirts are white and i want the tag to stand out I have decided to go for the tag above this way the colour will stand out and get the buyers attention to look at the tag
