We have decided as a group that we are going to scrap the 'Southern Lovin' ' side of the concept as it is not relevant to any of us, we are all from the north, and Uk greetings is also based in the North, so we felt it best for us to stick to the part of the country we know about, otherwise we could end up offending southerners through ill informed stereo types

'I'm taking you out for the finest chippy tea you've ever tasted...'

'Plenty more fish and chips int'sea...'

The phrases are very tongue and cheek and humorous, some of them are a little too rude to submit to a competition so we will filter them out but just had to get them all out of our system. The phrases are working well we are getting good feed back for them from our peers.
Logo :
We have started discussing what we think would make a good logo for Northern Romance and decided as a whole that a pie would be a good icon as it was the one thing that kept cropping up in our phrases, plus it is very northern. We have spoken about a heart shaped pie and done a few scribbles which each of us said we will go have a play with to develop.
